When you purchase items or book a course from our website, we collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, etc). All such information is held on secure servers. Your credit/debit card details are used only for a single transaction. We do not store your credit/debit card details. Dentabyte.co.uk complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below).
Our online booking system uses a cookie to record a unique reference on your computer so that we can keep track of your booking as you use the system. This cookie, that is saved to your system, is only valid for a single visit and each new visit will result in a new cookie overwriting any previous Cookies that were generated on previous visits to our site. Booking a Course
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Courses appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Bookings and Confirmation
You will receive an email with your full course booking details, including
- course times
- your allocated seat (s)
- details of course material which will be sent to you (if relevant)
- instructions on how to get to the venue
- accommodation suggestions
- the course cancellation policy
Please retain the email until your course. These details will also be available from the
My Dentabyte page when you are logged in.
Prices & descriptions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change. You must ensure that prior to booking a course you have checked all relevant details about the course and/or services you have selected.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your booking and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Dispatch Of Course Material
Please ensure the address you use in your personal details screen is your personal postal address.
Dentabyte.co.uk provides a booking facility for course organisers. Individual course organisers are responsible for sending out course material, if relevant.
Replacement Course Material
All course organisers levy a charge for replacement of lost or forgotten course material. Course organisers should be informed in advance of lost course material so that replacement material is generated. Without notification they cannot guarantee that replacement material will be available at the course.
Seats
Candidates for all courses are automatically pre- assigned seat numbers on a first-come, first-served basis and notified by email of their seats upon confirmation of their course bookings. These seat details are also available from the

Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract (booking acceptance policy) between you and Dentabyte Ltd are as follows:
• You confirm the booking of a course on the Website by pressing the Book Now button at the end of the booking process.
• We will send to you a booking confirmation email and course brochure detailing the course you have booked yourself on. This is a booking confirmation or booking acceptance from Dentabyte Ltd.
Non-acceptance of a booking may be a result of one of the following:
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The cancellation of a course on the part of Dentabyte Ltd
All disputes arising from this contract shall be governed by English law and statutes.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your booking is the price as set out in Final Payment section of this Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Website.
You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-confirmation.

Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any courses from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of: our withdrawing any Course from this Website whether or not that Course has bookings; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
By making a booking or purchasing items, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Booking change or cancellation
If you have not received your confirmation of booking by e-mail notifying you that your booking has been processed please email us at helpdesk@dentabyte.co.uk (please include full details of your order) or contact us on +44 (0)20 8297 9100 (please have your details to hand).
Course transfer
We hope you will be pleased with your booking. If for any reason you are unable to attend the course you have booked, we will be happy to transfer your booking to another course or give you a refund. There will be no charge for transferring a course up to 28 working days before the start date of the course. The following table highlights course transfer charges outside this window.
The following charges are applicable when transferring a course:
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for Dentabyte courses in the last 28 days before each course.
Note:
• No transfers or cancellation can be made once the course has started.
• If we cancel the course for any reason, we will offer you the choice of a transfer to alternative dates and/or location as available or give you a full refund.
• Whether you choose to transfer or cancel a course or we cancel a course Dentabyte Limited will not be liable for any cost incurred by you in arranging travel to and from the course or accommodation during the course.
Payment to be made in full prior to the commencement date of the course. The fee includes refreshments, lunch and relevant course documentation where appropriate. A confirmation email/invoice and course brochure will be sent to you upon receipt of your booking.
No substitution of delegates is accepted without prior written agreement with Dentabyte.
Dentabyte reserves the right to alter any of its Offers' Terms and Conditions at any time. Any parties availing of any Offers' Terms and Conditions that Dentabyte alter will have the option to avail of the new Offer Terms and Conditions or decline to be subject to any of the Offers' previous or new Terms and Conditions. If any money has been exchanged in relation to the altered offer, purchasing parties will be entitled to a refund minus any charges as outlined in our Cancellation policy above if applicable. Dentabyte reserves sole discretion on determining if and what charges are applicable.
