Although there are 28 outcomes, sixteen of are CORE QUALITY AND SAFETY STANDARDS and will be the key focus of CQC checks for compliance.
It is important for all team members to update their knowledge so the assessors from the Care Quality Commission can be sure that policies and procedures do not sit on a dusty shelf, and that practice-wide outcomes are actively achieved.
We also give you a training agenda for OC 3 Fees and OC20 Reporting of incidents.
Teach your team the RIGHT things, and keep records of the action plans you implement, and each team members feedback for their personal development plans!
It's the outcomes that CQC want to see.
