Seema Sharma, Dentist & Founder: An impassioned advocate of mixed practices, Seema combines clinical excellence with management expertise in all her practices. After successfully building the Smile Impressions group of dental practices, she spends her time training practice manager. Currently CQC preparedness is her HOT TOPIC!
In 2009 Seema and her husband Sanjay established The Sharma Foundation to help underprivileged communities in India and East London, and Seema visited Mumbai with Channel 4 to make Slumdog Secret Millionare

| Sarah Andrews, Dental Practice Manager: Sarah's career has propelled from dental nursing to high end practice management. She spent several years working at a cosmetic dental practice in Knightsbridge, then at Seema's multi-disciplinary centre in Docklands. She specialises in treatment coordination, appointment diary management for production and profit, and communication skills for runaway success in dental practice management. Her latest challenge is to steer the practice through the complexities of Care Quality Commission registration. |

Lynn Phipps: Lynn is our administratior, course organiser, telephone support and backbone!
If you call our office it is Lynn who will take your call and help you with all the enquiries you have. Lynn is Seema's PA and handles all her communications, including those to do with The Sharma Foundation. She can be reached on 020 8297 9100 between 8am and 4pm everyday except Wednesdays, when she leaves at 12 noon.
